(2:16PM) We have arrived to Deva. The first documentary recording is in the year 1269. In 1307 it becomes voivodes hometown and it had a military goal. In this photo you can see in the left of it, on the hill the citadel of Deva. This citadel ends it’s destiny as military objective in the year 1849, cause of a devastating explosion in the munitions depot. If you want to visit it, you can take the accomodation to a very beautiful boarding house named 'Sub Cetate', near the citadel.
