The Dome has 46 metres in diameter at the base and 114,5 metres in height.
Beside the grand Dome (or Santa Maria del Fiore) church with the immense cupola you can visit many other things, such as: famous museums: Museum of Modern Art, Pitti Museum, Archaeological Museum, Museum of the Bargello, Museum of Opera del Duomo; monuments: the Giotto Bell Tower, the Baptistry; palaces like: the Pitti Palace, the Palazzo Vecchio, the Palazzi Medici; and so on.
