County in Romania - Constanta county

Constanta county is situated in the region of Dobrogea, in south-eastern part of Romania, and is bordered by the Black Sea to east. Constanta county has three municipalities: Constanta, Medgidia and Mangalia, as well as eight towns. The residence of Constanta county is Constanta. Constanta is a big port at the Black Sea and also Constanta has an international airport called Mihail Kogalniceanu.
