Arges county is situated in the central-southern part of Romania. 45 parallel passes through the middle of Arges county. Pitesti is a capital of Arges county and is situated on the right bank of Arges river. The link Bucharest to Pitesti is done by motorway. In Pitesti you can visit Pitesti county Museum and Princely Church founded in 1656.
In Pitesti county there are three municipalities Pitesti, Campulung and Curtea de Arges and four cities Costesti, Mioveni, Topoloveni and Stefanesti.
